Bacon Cheddar Crunch Dip

I slapped together a dip for a shindig and folks liked it more than I anticipated.

Honestly… I liked it more than I anticipated, too.

So that’s why I’m posting it here.

Ingredients:

24oz Daisy Sour Cream

12oz Dukes Mayo

2 Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Packets

3oz Bacon, crumbled (I used pre-cooked)

7oz Smoked Cheddar, grated

3oz Sunflower Seeds, salted and pre-shelled

1 bunch of Chives, finely-chopped

1 tbp Black Pepper, freshly ground

1 tsp Garlic Powder

Mix all ingredients, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours (preferably 12.) Serve with crackers or crudite.
